Uptempo ice sessions designed to offer participants an opportunity to build skill sets that develop the all around player, starting from where the players' abilities currently lie.

We're going to work on every skill component of the game such as:  skating, puck protection, stick handling, making plays in small areas, scoring, tight areas around the net, conditioning, passing on the move, creating space, etc., while providing a competitive environment where players are able to utilize and develop all skill sets.  

This program produced results for every player who participated in it in the past and is great for conditioning and training.

Players will be split into groups based upon ability level.

An opportunity for female hockey players;
changing the way they prepare for development and higher levels of play.

The combine is for athletes who are either interested in playing college hockey, or simply interested in benchmarking their abilities, building confidence, improving, or experiencing the weekend.

Develop your game and benchmark your abilities with professional off ice performance testing by FHIT, off ice shooting, stickhandling & workouts at the Herb Brooks Training Center, on ice sessions focusing on position specific skills, and a competitive game series at the Schwan Super Rink.  All allow athletes to improve their skills and personally benchmark their abilities year to year and against other females their age across the country, all while receiving exposure to D1 & D3 Colleges, Preparatory Schools, and AAA Programs.

Players will also experience the opportunity to hear from speakers presenting on the Journey to College Hockey, Mental Toughness On & Off Ice, Nutrition, Off Ice Training, Goal Setting and Leadership.

Lastly, the Combine will offer the opportunity to plug into everything they need to succeed beyond the weekend, such as representation services and mentorship opportunities, as well as training, nutrition and wellness programs.

NOTE: Goalies will have specific ice times with a goalie coach every day in addition to ice times with their age groups.
